If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Item

  Securely pack the appliance in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and components.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once the item is inspected at our warehouse.
